The Ledbury, a Michelin three-star restaurant located in Notting Hill, London, is a renowned establishment serving modern British cuisine using local ingredients. You can enjoy a seasonal course in a calm atmosphere. It was my first visit, and I was delighted to see white truffles on the menu. I love white truffles, and I had completely forgotten that it was the season for them, so their unexpected appearance allowed me to feel the season. However, overall, I felt that the dishes were a bit too salty. The service was, as expected of a three-star restaurant, attentive and pleasant, allowing me to have a wonderfully enjoyable time throughout my visit. I would like to visit again in a different season.
