A renowned restaurant for its atmospheric handmade soba

Shokuzan Warabi Tabira is a charming soba specialty shop with a rustic exterior. Their homemade 100% buckwheat soba is known for its delicate flavor and smooth texture, offering a diverse menu from hot soba to cold varieties. The interior has a calm ambiance, allowing guests to enjoy their meals comfortably at the counter or in tatami seating. This is a rare gem in the local area where you can savor the deliciousness of handmade soba.

You can enjoy fragrant 100% buckwheat soba, and it brings happiness from the very first bite. The dipping sauce is refreshing, enhancing the flavor of the wasabi. The freshly fried tempura, with shrimp and vegetables, is crispy and delicious whether eaten with salt or the dipping sauce. I was very satisfied to slowly savor the soba broth after the meal. The interior is centered around a counter, with wooden tables and tatami seating, creating a calm atmosphere. There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant, making it easy to access by car.
