A place to enjoy authentic Lanzhou beef ramen

At Ajikouen Nishikawaguchi, you can savor Lanzhou beef ramen in an atmosphere infused with Chinese charm. The sight of the chef skillfully making noodles right in front of you is impressive, and the broth made from beef bones and meat has a refined flavor. The option to choose the thickness of the noodles enhances the enjoyment of the ramen. Be sure to try a bowl that even ramen enthusiasts will appreciate.

It's exciting to see the process of hand-stretching noodles through the glass. The recommended Lanzhou beef noodles have a clear broth that brings out the flavors of beef bones and meat very well. It's fun to choose the thickness of the noodles, and the thicker noodles pair nicely with the soup. The chili oil and cilantro provide a great accent, allowing for a delightful expansion of flavors. The crunchiness of the radish is pleasant, and the overall harmony is very good. The service is quick, and it's nice to have the option to choose between a flavored egg or rice.
