Upon entering the shop, which exudes a traditional atmosphere, the calm air is quite pleasant. The signature dish, Hachinohe ramen, has a strong aroma of chicken bones and dried sardines, offering a simple yet profound flavor. The firm, thin noodles cling well to the soup, making it easy to eat with chopsticks. The small slices of chashu melt in your mouth, balancing the overall taste of the ramen. There is also a rich variety of side dishes like curry, fried rice, and senbei soup, each bringing a comforting, homey touch that is delightful. The joy of discovering the secret menu adds to the experience, making it a place where you want to linger.
