A Diverse Gyoza Specialty Shop

Kinmaru Gyoza Saya Branch is a popular local gyoza specialty shop where you can enjoy gyoza and dry tantan noodles. The interior has a casual atmosphere reminiscent of a prefab hut, and the open kitchen adds a pleasant sense of spaciousness. There is a wide variety of gyoza to choose from, including 'Kinmaru Gyoza,' 'Shiso Maru Gyoza,' and 'Nin Maru Gyoza,' allowing you to savor diverse flavors. The crispy skin of the gyoza and the juicy meat filling that bursts with flavor make it an irresistible dish.

The compact, prefab-style interior is lively with an open kitchen. There are counters and tables, and the staff are friendly, making it a relaxing atmosphere. The oval-shaped gyoza has a nicely browned skin that releases savory juices, and the aroma is irresistible. The gyoza with shiso is refreshing, and comparing the two types is enjoyable due to the variation in flavors. The dry tantan noodles and Taiwanese mixed noodles are coated in a rich sauce that clings to the noodles, and you can choose the level of spiciness to suit your preference. The generous portions of roasted pork and vegetables left me feeling satisfied until the very end.
