A Standing Bar for Enjoying New York-Style Pizza in Mitaka

This establishment features a counter and standing area in the basement, where you can casually enjoy authentic New York-style pizza. The pizza has a thick yet crispy crust, topped with a well-balanced amount of cheese and ingredients, ensuring high satisfaction even with just one slice. The option to choose smaller cuts for pairing with wine or chuhai adds to the appeal.

In a small underground shop, there is a counter and standing drinking space, making it easy to enter. You can choose your favorite pieces of pizza from a warm case, and it's fun to sample various flavors. The New York style pizza has a firm texture that is satisfying to bite into, with some crispy parts that are pleasant. The combination of cheese, ground meat, and mushrooms is delicious, and I was also satisfied with the vegetable-focused pizzas and the meatball pizza. The handmade soup, egg pickles, and the slightly unusual offal stew also left a strong impression. Since takeout is available, it's nice to be able to choose based on my mood.
