Le Fossile Lille

Le Fossile focuses on traditional French cuisine with an emphasis on quality meats, including a much-praised tab steak, often served rare with shallots. Starters such as foie gras, bone marrow, and local snails highlight careful sourcing and preparation. The wine selection is well regarded, with staff offering thoughtful guidance. A clean, tastefully decorated dining room and attentive, efficient service complete the experience.
