I visited Plénitude, the most difficult Michelin three-star restaurant to book in Paris right now. It is a small establishment with only 26 seats, led by Arnaud Donckele, the 'sauce perfumer' who has maintained three stars in Saint-Tropez. The star of the course is the sauce, and you can enjoy a unique flow where you first taste the aromatic sauce alone, and then complete the flavor by pairing it with seafood and butter-scented vegetables. I had a pleasant time in a calm space overlooking the Seine River, with attentive service. It is one of the restaurants you must visit when you go to Paris.

This is a Michelin three-star restaurant. It is located within 'Cheval Blanc Paris,' and the chef is Arnaud Donckele. You can enjoy dishes that highlight the sauces, and each dish is exquisite, being both light and yet deep in flavor! Reservations can be quite difficult, but I definitely recommend visiting if you go to Paris.
