A hidden gem to enjoy heartwarming exquisite yakitori

Wagaya is a cozy yakitori izakaya that exudes the warmth of wood. Although the interior is not very spacious, its homey atmosphere makes it perfect for small groups. The deliciousness and size of the skewers particularly impress visitors, earning it a reputation as one of the top three in the area.

The space has a warm wooden feel, is calm, and is cozy and compact. There is a counter and several tables, making it a great place to relax with a small group. The skewers are fragrant, and the chicken meat is tender and satisfying. The asparagus rolls, cartilage, and gizzards each have a great texture, making them irresistibly delicious. The grilled rice balls served with tea are unique and I really liked them. The drinks include beer, sake, shochu, plum wine, and sour cocktails, and while the cocktail selection is modest, the staff's smiling service makes for an enjoyable experience.
