A Station-side Dining Experience with House-Made Shinshu Soba and Golden Broth

Located directly beneath Sendai Station in Espar, 'Soba Dining Yuigetsuan' is renowned for its house-made Shinshu soba, freshly made daily, and its fragrant golden broth. The soba, chilled with cold water, boasts exceptional texture and smoothness, and when paired with freshly grated wasabi, the flavor is further enhanced. Guests can enjoy a variety of combinations with rice bowls and tempura, as well as the soothing soba-yu (noodle water) after their meal, all in a comfortable space perfect for solo diners. The restaurant also offers local sake and soba shochu, making it an ideal stop during your travels or for a casual meal.

It is located in the underground floor of Esparu, connected to Sendai Station. The fun of choosing your favorite toppings and making your own style of bukkake soba is exciting, and the combinations are thrilling. The soba has just the right amount of chewiness and goes down smoothly, pairing well with the crispy tempura. There are toppings like tororo, natto, maitake mushrooms, shrimp tempura, and fried mochi, allowing for enjoyment according to your preferences. Even the cold soba is simple yet satisfying, making it easy to eat comfortably. The interior is clean, and the presence of women is noticeable.
