Upon entering, a homely and comforting atmosphere spreads out. The ginger pork features tender meat in larger pieces, and the mild seasoning makes it go well with rice. The ume fried rice has a pleasant aroma of chopped ume and white sesame, offering a refreshing deliciousness. The miso soup has a strong flavor from the dried sardines, and the eggplant is deliciously juicy. The miso stir-fried eggplant and bell pepper are well-coated with a sweet miso sauce, with the bell pepper being crisp and the eggplant being creamy, making it enjoyable. Overall, it is a place where you can spend a calm time and feel the warmth of homemade cooking.
