This izakaya, centered around fish, has every dish carefully prepared, which is exciting. The sashimi platter is exceptionally fresh, with the flavors of the kelp-cured mackerel, yellowtail, and octopus coming through beautifully. The charcoal-grilled local chicken is fragrant, and the flavor expands with each bite. Dishes like mozuku vinegar and clear soup are comforting, and the sashimi that comes with the lunch set is very satisfying. The freshness unique to a restaurant with a live fish tank makes the fried white fish and crab cream croquettes crispy and delicious. The friendly staff's attentiveness is appreciated, and there are occasional delightful services that make the atmosphere comfortable.
