When you open the heavy door, a calm counter immediately comes into view. Sitting in a plush chair makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The master is gentle and easy to talk to, and he kindly helps with suggestions for the whiskey you want to drink. On this day, I was served a cask-strength single cask, and I was surprised by the faint aroma reminiscent of maple. The mouthfeel is gentle, and a smoky aftertaste lingers for a long time, making you want to savor it slowly. As I tilted my glass, forgetting the time, I once again felt that it was a wonderful bar to conclude the night pleasantly.
