Local label junmai of 'Nanahon Yari'. A standard sake of 'Nanahon Yari' that can be enjoyed widely from chilled to warm.
This is not just a dry light sake, but a pure rice ginjo sake that has a strong and sharp character.
Rich umami and acidity. The aftertaste has a deep and complex flavor reminiscent of aging in barrels.
An original sake from Sakimura Shoten located in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture.
Half body 2200 yen. The eel from the live tank is slowly grilled over charcoal without steaming, resulting in a sweet and rich flavor, finished with a refreshing sauce that enhances the eel.

Katsura (one and a half) 6380 yen, Hinoki (one) 4950 yen, Kaede (half) 3580 yen. The eel, grilled without steaming, is cooked with a rich secret sauce while maintaining a refreshing taste. Please enjoy the Unajyu from Yamajyu, which pairs well with carefully selected Omi rice.

First, enjoy grilled eel with rice, then savor the deep flavor with condiments, and finally, add broth for a warm tea rice dish. You can enjoy three different flavors. (Soup, pickles, broth for tea rice, condiments)
Small eel rice bowl, clear soup, pickles, seasonal fruit. *Customers wishing to change to liver soup can do so for an additional 100 yen.
