At the café space located within the facilities of Yabatsu Town, you can enjoy curry themed around a dam. The green roux, resembling a lake, and the white rice representing the dam structure are easy to understand. The gate made from chikuwa and edamame, as well as the fried burdock that looks like driftwood, are interesting touches. There are also fried chicken pieces representing the downstream and broccoli resembling trees, making the dish lively. The aroma of the spices is pleasant, and the more you eat, the more you feel a sense of harmony. There is also a salad with homemade dressing and herbal tea for dessert, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant experience until the end.
