Savor Seasonal Flavors at a Long-Established Sushi Restaurant Amidst Rural Scenery

Founded in 1987, Fuzushi is located in the tranquil rural area of Kanazu in Kakuda City. The restaurant is renowned for its carefully prepared nigiri and rice bowls featuring seasonal seafood. The diverse toppings, including fresh sweet shrimp, tuna, and sea urchin, showcase the skillful enhancement of the ingredients' natural flavors. Guests can enjoy the charm of sushi in a calm interior overlooking expansive rice fields, accompanied by heartwarming clear soup.

In a shop surrounded by tranquil rice fields, you can feel relaxed. The rice bowl marinated in a special sauce with seafood is packed with ingredients and exciting. Sweet shrimp, scallops, and sea bream are fresh and juicy. The sushi has soft rice that pairs well with the toppings and is easy to eat. The miso soup with shrimp heads has a rich umami flavor that is comforting. In a calm atmosphere, I was able to fully enjoy delicious sushi.
