The crispy texture of the fried chicken is truly impressive. The more you bite into it, the more the flavor spreads, making you want to keep eating. I feel that this level of finish is hard to replicate at home. Beneath the seaweed, there are bonito flakes that enhance the rice. The side dishes like white fish fry, chikuwa tempura, and kinpira are well-balanced and satisfying. With its traditional flavor, I can understand why it is so popular.
