Soba-dokoro Gohoden is located at the foot of the Northern Alps and offers handmade soba made from 100% Azumino-grown buckwheat flour cultivated in their own farm. The interior features a warm atmosphere with abundant use of wood, creating a homely charm. A rich menu of both hot and cold soba is available, allowing you to savor the exquisite flavor and aroma of the soba, enhanced by Shinshu's famous water in every bite.
