There is a wide variety of beef hormone, which I often ask about when ordering. The part called korisen is considered hard, but the waiter tilted his head, so I avoided it (later I found out that it is like a mass between the senmais). When offered to replace the grill net, I refused, saying that such a thing was fine. Again, the tie was out of stock, but we ordered more ago-suji. The beer was a large bottle of Sapporo Black Label, and the young and cheerful service was pleasant.
