Burg Board is a hidden gem burger joint located behind the Doujin Market. Their regular burgers are cooked to medium and served with onions, pickles, and mayo. The patty is juicy and the ratio of bread to meat is perfect. For their BLT burger, there is an option to have the patty smashed. The atmosphere of the restaurant is dog-friendly, and the burger patties are quite thick, with pickles and raw onions adding a lightness to the weight of the burger. Caramelized onions and a butter sauce provide a sweet and delicious accent. The fries are average thickness and pair well with the burgers.
