The gyoza features a thicker skin with a chewy texture and is so substantial that you'll want to eat it again and again. I'm glad they have moved into the Aeon and reopened. The beef in the knife-cut noodles is chunky and satisfying, and the sauce enhances the flavor nicely. The noodles come in various thicknesses, with some being smooth and others having a nice chew, which is enjoyable. The soy sauce-based soup has a different appeal compared to Japanese ramen, and the aroma of the meat is impressive. For lunch, there is a set that combines rice and noodles, and the Taiwanese ramen is pleasantly spicy. There are also set meals like sweet and sour pork and fried chicken with oil, allowing you to enjoy soup, salad, pickled mustard greens, and almond tofu together.
