Even though it was delivery, I was excited to see steam rising when I opened the box. The layered cutlet had a light and crispy coating, while the meat inside was tender and juicy. When I added the special sauce that came with it, the richness and saltiness of the miso enhanced the flavor, making it even more enjoyable with rice. The shredded cabbage and potato salad were also fresh, and the combination with the sesame dressing was great. The beef fillet croquette had a smooth texture, packed with the delicious flavor of the meat, making me feel indulgent. With such a generous portion, both my stomach and heart were completely satisfied.
