I was happy to find that when I ordered sangria at the counter, there was not only red but also a sake-based option. The citrus aroma was light and refreshing, making it easy to drink. When I nibbled on the prosciutto and smoked nuts, the moist texture and rich flavor were delightful. The smoked bacon carbonara had a rich sauce that clung to the noodles, providing satisfaction. The Spanish-style small plates included ajillo, bagna càuda, jamón serrano, and tripe, and there were various types of curry to enjoy at the end. The draft beer was served in a unique glass, which was exciting to see.

The lineup is centered around meat, and everything is appetizing. The roast pork made with SPF pork is moist and tender, pairing well with a rich onion sauce. Salads and carrot rabe are also served together, adding a beautiful touch of color. The chicken over rice with steamed chicken has a fluffy texture, and it's fun to choose the sauce. The thick-cut char siu has a fragrant sear and a robust seasoning that makes you want to keep eating. Overall, the saltiness is just right, and the calm atmosphere makes it easy to enter even alone.
