This is a gluten-free cheesecake made with 80% cream cheese and animal-based whipped cream :)

I minimized the cream cheese and brought out the flavor with mascarpone. It doesn't have much gelatin so it's not too heavy :) Generous portion size.

Made with ground sweet pumpkin and diced for a rich and sweet flavor. It has a unique chewy texture of sweet pumpkin, recommended to be enjoyed with dairy products :)
