Enjoy hand-made soba by the riverside

Yuriganenoyana is a charming soba restaurant located by a tributary of the Nakagawa River. While listening to the gentle sound of the flowing water, you can savor hand-made rustic soba and seasonal wild vegetable tempura. The combination of the firm, chewy soba and the flavorful wild vegetables is particularly exquisite.

A rustic building by the river quietly appears as you walk along the embankment. Inside, there are table seats and tatami rooms, creating a calming atmosphere reminiscent of old times. The soba noodles are slightly thicker, and their smooth texture is pleasant to the throat. The dipping sauce is neither too strong nor too sweet, with a good balance that makes it easy to eat. The tempura mainly features seasonal vegetables from the mountains, offering a variety that is enjoyable. Small side dishes and pickles are also included, and their simple flavors are delightful.
