Kappo Katayama is a unique restaurant where you can enjoy both kaiseki cuisine and authentic Chinese dishes. The eel sourced from a local fish farm has a fluffy texture, perfectly complemented by a refined sweet sauce. On the other hand, the Sichuan-style dan dan noodles and mapo tofu are also exquisite, with the dishes infused with the aroma of Sichuan pepper and sesame paste being particularly recommended.
