This shop is located near the gondola at Niseko Annupuri, and the atmosphere surrounded by nature is very pleasant. The interior has a log cabin style, and the handmade ham and sausages are very authentic. Since no unnecessary additives are used, the skin becomes crispy when grilled, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the meat juices. The Weisswurst has a mild and gentle taste, and it is best served lightly boiled with mustard. If you like a smoky flavor, the chorizo is a great choice, and for a classic option, the bratwurst is also recommended, pairing well with beer. You can purchase and ship items from the store or online, making it a great souvenir as well.
