At this establishment, the signature menu item, shabu-shabu, is delicious, and the sushi made with shabu-shabu meat is also tasty. High-quality ingredients are used in all dishes, and Yu's sukiyaki is particularly popular. The sukiyaki here is based on soy sauce broth and is served with meat and vegetables.
