It's great that it's located in a shopping mall, making it easy to stop by during shopping breaks. The bright, Japanese-style interior is welcoming, and the staff were efficient. The thin soba noodles had a nice firmness and a great texture. There is a rich variety of dipping sauces, including a thick broth with duck fat and a spicy curry broth, which makes it enjoyable. They also offer katsudon and set meals, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors along with the soba. After the meal, I savored the soba crunchies that were served, feeling a sense of satisfaction.
