The foam rises gently, and just by looking at it, my mood lifts. The pilsner has a harmonious balance of roasted flavors and moderate bitterness, which I really enjoy. The platinum ale has a white beer style, with a slight cloudiness and a soft wheat flavor that spreads. A gentle acidity and citrus aroma can be felt in the aftertaste, making it easy to drink. The weizen is creamy and vibrant, with a light mouthfeel. The red miso lager is rich and flavorful, and even though it's on the stronger side, it's delicious, and the label is fun, reflecting Nagoya's character.
