Misaki Shokudo is a beloved diner located by the shores of Lake Ushiku, cherished by the local community. The interior features a retro atmosphere reminiscent of the 1970s, providing a comforting ambiance for visitors. At a shop located at the tip of the cape of Lake Ushiku, the quiet scenery is soothing. The fluffy eel is fragrant, and the sauce blends well with the rice, creating a delightful taste. The simmered fish and grilled liver are also flavorful and pair perfectly with beer. The skewers of chicken meatballs, skin, and cartilage are rich in flavor, making it hard to stop eating. When I ordered ramen after the meal, it settled comfortably in my stomach, providing a high level of satisfaction. The rustic atmosphere that evokes a sense of history is pleasant, allowing for a relaxed experience.
