This is a shop located inside a roadside station, featuring a high ceiling and a spacious atmosphere. The process of handing over the meal ticket and receiving the order with a buzzer is easy to understand. The vegetable curry has a gentle flavor, and you can really taste the local vegetables. The black ramen has a rich soy sauce flavor, is not too greasy, and is easy to drink. The slightly curly noodles, combined with sea lettuce and both pork and horse meat chashu, create a delightful combination. I also enjoyed the rice topped with raw egg eaten with pickled vegetables and miso, as well as the soft serve with the aroma of edamame.
