You can spend time in a relaxed atmosphere without being too formal. There are various types of rolls and nigiri available, including jumbo rolls, uramaki, and rolls with Hiroshima greens. The jumbo rolls are very filling, with plenty of ingredients that provide a delightful variety in every bite. The flavor of the vinegared rice is gentle, and the firmness of the rice is well-balanced. They are so large that it's easier to eat them with your hands rather than chopsticks, which adds to the satisfaction. The broth for the udon is refreshing, and the hand rolls are delicious, allowing you to enjoy them in a relaxed manner.
