When you go down to the basement, a cozy space with just a small counter unfolds, bright and comfortable. The owner manages everything alone, yet their movements are smooth, and the dishes arrive almost without waiting. The variety of dishes is abundant, and just looking at the menu is exciting. The lightly pink potato salad has the texture and aroma of shiba pickles as an accent, leaving a lasting impression. The rich liver pâté combined with the depth of saikyo miso is a flavor that pairs well with red wine. Creative appetizers like scallops and lotus root aglio e olio are also enjoyable, making it easy to linger longer than intended.
