In a corner of the shopping street, you can casually enjoy hand-made soba. The 2:8 noodles have a pleasant aroma, slide down smoothly, and have just the right amount of elasticity. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, and the shrimp and vegetables are perfectly cooked. The flavors of the sea, such as chikuwa tempura and sakura shrimp, are delightful, and the compatibility with the dipping sauce and condiments is excellent. With many options like chilled soba, fresh yuba, and a variety of mushrooms, it’s exciting to choose. The atmosphere is lively, and payment is handled in cash.
