When you enter the shop, it is bustling with local regulars, and you immediately feel a friendly atmosphere. The first dish that comes out is a refreshing crunchy vegetable stick that instantly whets your appetite. The grilled skewers are diverse, with particularly impressive melt-in-your-mouth liver and juicy steak skewers. There’s also a skewer wrapped in cheese with green peppers, fragrant chicken wings, and succulent shrimp wrapped in bacon, all of which bring a smile to your face. Chilled draft beer and sake go down well, and they pair perfectly with the aromatic horse sashimi and seasonal fava beans. The grilled vanilla I ordered for dessert had a subtle sweetness, allowing me to enjoy a happy feeling until the very end.
