There is a counter where you can see handmade soba, which is exciting. I am happy that I can choose between 100% buckwheat and 80% buckwheat. The noodles are very thin, and the texture is pleasant to the throat. They have a firm chewiness, making each bite enjoyable. The chopped green onions and grated wasabi complement each other well, enhancing the flavor even more. Seasonal yuzu slices and tempura are also available, adding to the fun of choosing.
