It is a Japanese-style building located near a temple, with tatami table seating and chairs, allowing for a relaxed experience. The thin udon noodles, kneaded with silkworm powder, have a glossy appearance and a perfect chewiness that makes them easy to slurp. The broth, fragrant with bonito, has a deep umami flavor and pairs excellently with the noodles. The kama-tama (hot udon with raw egg) is served piping hot, and when mixed with the onsen egg and condiments, it creates a very delightful taste. The wappa-meshi (bento rice) has a strong aroma of mountain vegetables, and the texture of the ancient rice is enjoyable. Inside the restaurant, there are tanuki (raccoon dog) figurines and introduction videos, providing interesting sights that make the dining experience even more enjoyable.
