Sapporo Gourmet Trip: The 15th and final restaurant on the third and final day was sushi at New Chitose Airport. I was not hungry because I had visited 15 restaurants on the second day of my gourmet trip to Sapporo, so I went to New Chitose Airport to catch my return flight after sleeping until just before the hotel's check-out time. While killing time by buying souvenirs, I saw a signboard of sushi and my friend and I exchanged glances (lol). I wanted to eat and went to a sushi restaurant called Suzuhana, which was packed with people, but as soon as I entered, I was lucky to see no one there. I honestly didn't have high expectations for sushi at the airport, but that's Hokkaido! Everything was inexpensive, but the ingredients were delicious, so I finished off my meal with a glass of Sapporo Classic and got on the plane while drunk lol. Thanks for the food! Big fatty tuna Tuna Akamimi. Button prawn. Herring roe. String of Hokki. Matsuba crab. Raw Nishin. Flounder. Raw salmon. Flounder. Tuna medium fatty tuna. Sapporo Classic.
