The service is quick, allowing you to enjoy the dishes right away. The sashimi is beautifully translucent, and when you squeeze some kabosu and mix it with green onions, the aroma spreads. Dipping it in a ponzu sauce made with the liver enhances the umami flavor significantly. The sake is rich in aroma, and heating it removes any unpleasant smells, making it easy to drink. The fried dish is pufferfish spring rolls, and the hot pot is infused with seafood broth, providing satisfaction all the way to the final rice porridge. There are many types of shochu to enjoy freely, and you can savor fresh tiger pufferfish to your heart's content.
