Chicken Nanban with all-you-can-eat corner. Chicken Nanban is a dish that uses either chicken breast or thigh meat, and while most eateries use chicken breast, we deliberately use thigh meat at our restaurant. The initial reason for using thigh meat was the preference of the restaurant owner, but it has been well received by customers, so we have continued to use thigh meat since our opening. Chicken Nanban made with thigh meat is characterized by a mild yet rich flavor and depth. Since changing from a buffet to a set meal in February 2018, it has maintained the top ranking, so even those who prefer chicken breast are encouraged to try it once and share their feedback through a survey.
Our simmered hamburger, which comes with an all-you-can-eat corner, has been continuously improved based on customer feedback. It has a light and somewhat Japanese-style taste, but is finished with a Western-style depth of flavor using white wine and other ingredients. The hamburger itself is soft, fluffy, and free of any strong flavors, making it popular among children and the elderly.
