A beloved local shop for handmade soba

Kazusa is a handmade soba restaurant cherished by the local community. Upon entering the establishment, you can see a booth where the soba is being made, showcasing the craftsmanship involved. The soba has a slight elasticity while being easy to swallow, and the meticulously crafted dipping sauce is exquisite. It's a place worth visiting at least once.

The parking lot is in front of the store, making it easy to stop by by car. Upon entering, the tables and raised seating are comfortably arranged, and you can see the process of making soba in the back, which is exciting. The handmade soba is moist and elastic, with a pleasant texture that glides smoothly down the throat. The dipping sauce is slightly sweet and pairs well with the soba, allowing you to enjoy it all the way to the last bit of soba broth. There is a wide variety of set menus, including tempura and katsudon, all of which have a gentle flavor. With a relaxed atmosphere and substantial portions, it's a place where you can feel revitalized when you drop by.
