In a calm space resembling a traditional Japanese house, tables are arranged on tatami mats, allowing you to relax after taking off your shoes. The dark-colored soba noodles are smooth and elastic, providing a pleasant chewiness. The hegi soba is served in bite-sized portions, making it very easy to eat. The dipping sauce has a sharp flavor that pairs perfectly with the fragrant wasabi. The vegetable tempura has a light batter, is diverse in variety, and is crispy and enjoyable. Even the rich soba broth after the meal is delicious, providing a sense of satisfaction.
