Located on the second floor, Vintage 1981 offers a beautiful view of Lake Ishimura. The mushroom potato gratin and ragu pasta in particular pair well with rich sauces and stand out in terms of taste. The seafood stew can be served with either baguette or pasta, and the seafood cream risotto is served in a mini cast iron pot with separate portions of abalone, octopus, and fish, accompanied by cream risotto made with barley.
