Eosjeong is a restaurant known for its delicious naengmyeon (cold noodles) made by a seasoned old lady. The Camellia naengmyeon is served in an organic bowl and has a satisfying chewiness. The bibim is also lightly seasoned and not too heavy, and the dumplings are filled with plenty of tofu, crunchy cabbage, and bean sprouts, making them very filling. In addition, the menu is extensive, and the Tonchimi soup noodles are highly recommended for those who love them.
