The restaurant I visited after making a reservation had a calm atmosphere, and the warm smile of the staff who welcomed me was heartwarming. The first dish that came out was a plate of fried vegetables that were fragrant, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The following soup dish had the aroma of seasonal fish and vegetables, and with every bite, I could feel the depth of the broth. The sashimi showcased the delicate craftsmanship of the knife work, highlighting the freshness and sweetness of the seafood. The colorful assortment of small dishes allowed me to enjoy the flavors of both the sea and the mountains on one plate, and it was visually delightful as well. The chawanmushi and sweets at the end were also carefully prepared, allowing me to feel happy from start to finish.
