A restaurant with exquisite dishes and a cozy atmosphere

Shunsai Yuuki is known for its commitment to ingredients and beautiful presentation, established by a head chef who trained in Arakicho, Shinjuku. The simmered fish and sashimi are particularly exceptional, with each dish meticulously prepared to exceed the expectations of its visitors. The interior has a warm, handmade feel, and the counter seats are especially praised for their comfort. This is a place you definitely want to visit to elevate your dining experience in Shibukawa.

As soon as I entered, I felt relieved by the calm atmosphere and the meticulous interior design. The dishes were suggested to me, and each plate was beautifully presented with careful craftsmanship. Everything, including the sashimi, was rich in flavor, and the aroma of the broth was pleasant. They recommended sake that paired well with the food, and I could sense their taste in the choice of tableware. The handmade noodles had a great texture and were enjoyable to finish off with. Conversations with the staff and regular customers were warm, making it a comfortable place where I ended up staying longer than intended.
