The shirokoro hormone and horse tongue sashimi pair exceptionally well with beer, and once you try them, you'll want to come back for more. The interior is cozy, creating a warm and calming atmosphere. I appreciate the thoughtful arrangement of the TV facing this way. The menu on the wall features grilled dishes and snacks, many of which pair well with sake. The melt-in-your-mouth horse sashimi is impressive, and the deep-fried tofu with natto and crispy cheese fritters were also delicious. The shirokoro hormone is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, pairing perfectly with shredded cabbage. You can also enjoy it with a soft-boiled egg, and I recommend tasting it fresh and early.
