When I ate the sake flakes from the bottle, the aroma was wonderful and I couldn't stop eating rice. The bite-sized pieces of sweet miso-marinated silver salmon were very satisfying, with a well-integrated flavor. The tea rice with king salmon and the sake lees miso marinated fish have a distinct flavor from the sake lees and miso. I appreciate that the ingredients are simple and that they minimize unnecessary additives. The squid salted fish, shredded scallops, and soy sauce marinated salmon roe have a straightforward taste that doesn't get boring. They have a good selection of classics, making them perfect as gifts, and choosing them is enjoyable.
