A stylish stone oven grill where you can enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza

Fritza Stone Oven Grill is an authentic Italian bar located in the heart of Kokura, open late into the night. The Neapolitan pizza, crafted by skilled pizzaiolos, is baked in a stone oven, resulting in a crispy exterior and a chewy interior. The dough is made from high-quality flour sourced from Hokkaido, combined with fresh ingredients, creating an exceptional flavor. With its homey atmosphere and friendly service, it's the perfect spot for girls' nights out or late-night relaxation.

The interior has Italian music and decor, making it a comfortable place. There are many options for pizza, which can be overwhelming, but I really liked the Bismarck for its great flavor. The star-shaped Margherita is visually fun, and the tips are filled with bacon and ricotta, providing a satisfying experience. The ajillo is rich, and the baguette is crispy, making for a perfect match. While waiting, there was a service of zeppole, which made the time enjoyable. The staff is friendly, and it's reassuring that reservations can be made over the phone, and they also seem to handle phone orders for delivery.

Fritza's recommendation, guaranteed to be Instagram-worthy! 'Hoshi no Margherita' has salami and ricotta cheese at all the tips, offering a different flavor from a traditional Margherita!! Tomato sauce / basil / buffalo mozzarella / salami / ricotta cheese / Parmigiano / cherry tomatoes / salt / olive oil

A style of cooked bagna cauda, please be sure to try it at least once.

Fritza's Bagna Cauda (with homemade freshly baked bread)

Please enjoy Fritza's signature dish, 'Bagna Cauda,' which can be appreciated for both its appearance and taste! Unlike the typical style of dipping ingredients into a sauce, this is a completely new dish that is simmered together in a large pot. Enjoy it with homemade bread.
